The most fundamental skill in soccer is the individual mastery of the ball and the creativity that comes with it. As this skill is mastered, the rest of the game becomes easier, both to teach and to learn. At GRFC, we want the players to develop a relationship with the ball so that it becomes comfortable for them.
The goal of the juggling club is to encourage GRFC players to work on their skills outside of their team training and be acknowledged for achieving their individual goals. Each player will have an opportunity to juggle a certain amount to reach the different levels. The players will be rewarded with a T-shirt and have their name entered on the club’s website.
Here are the steps:
- JUGGLE IN FRONT OF YOUR COACH. Once a player reaches the set number of juggles the coach will then report the number of juggles, t-shirt size, name of player, team name, practice location, and time to the Juggling Club Coordinator.
