What: 4th Annual GRFC Golf Tournament & Auction
When: Friday, October 1st
Where: Golf @ Maplewood G.C. - Auction & dinner @ Renton Technical College
GOLF - $99.99 - Includea golf, cart, and tee prize
DINNER & AUCTION - $39.99 - Includes dinner, 2 drink tickets, and auction admission
Payment: Can be made one of the following two ways;

The Golf Tournament & Auction is the Club’s main fundraiser and is used to pay for registration scholarships as well as Academy and Goalkeeper training sessions.
Team Responsibilities:
Each team is required to provide the following:
Theme Basket - a basket centered around a theme, i.e. date night, Italian dinner, coffee, chocolate, etc..
Donation item - this can be a service, vacation rental, dinner party, or item
Dessert - a dessert to be auctioned off, home made or store bought
Each item & basket will need an Auction Donation Description Form. This will be used for the bid sheets and valuation of the items and baskets.
Due Dates:
Basket them & donation item idea - 8/25/2010
Auction items - 9/17/2010
Dessert - 10/1/2010 - evening of auction

Please speak with each of your parents to see what contacts they have for donation items i.e. vacation houses, dinner parties, wine tastings, gift certificates, etc. We are a non-profit orginization and will provide a tax receipt for items donated. We also have an auction procurement letter that you can send to potential donors.
To ensure we don not have too many duplicate items, please provide your basket theme and donation item to Michelle by the date listed above.
Golf Tournament Hole Sponsorship Opportunities:
We are also looking for companies or individuals that wish to sponsor a hole at the golf tournament. Please see the Hole Sponsorship form for more information.

Volunteer opportunities - I will be coordinating with each team’s treasurer on who needs to fullfill their volunteer opportunities.
