What:   3nd Annual GRFC Golf Tournament & Auction
When:   Friday, October 9th
Where: Golf – Maple Wood Golf Course
             Dinner & Auction – Renton Community Center
 
 
The Golf Tournament & Auction is the Club’s main fundraiser and is used to pay for Academy training, Goalkeeper training and registration scholarships.
 
Team Responsibilities:
Each team is required to provide a basket and a donated item for the auction. With each item will need to be a completed Auction Item Donation Description form. We will use this form to gather information about the item and the donor. This form will be available on the website under the fundraising tab.

            Basket theme & donation item idea– 8/10/2009
            Auction items due – 9/30/2009

Please talk with each of your parents to see what contacts they have for donation items i.e. vacation houses, dinner parties, wine tastings, gift certificates. We are a non-profit organization and will provide a tax receipt for items donated. We will also have an auction procurement letter that you can send to potential donors. Please contact Barbara or Michelle for either of these forms.
 
To ensure we do not have too many duplicate items, please provide your basket theme and donation item to Michelle by the date listed above.
 
Golf Tournament Hole Sponsorship Opportunities:
 
We are also looking for companies that wish to sponsor a hole at the golf tournament, please see the attached flyer for more information. This flyer will also be available on the website under the fundraising tab.
