Coached at Pacific Middle School, Roosevelt High school, and The Northwest School.

Coached and directed summer soccer camps for 10 years.

I have done many personal training sessions with players. 

Played for the club team Heat growing up.

Played at Highline High School where we won a state championship in 1995.

Played at Seattle University where we won a National Championship in 1997.

Spent some time with the Seattle Sounders in 2000.
