Philosophy

  • I am not coaching youth soccer for me.  I am coaching it for the players.  My goal is to have every individual player develop to their full potential.  I want the kids to be technically sound, while also developing a mind for the game.  My goal is to provide a positive developmental atmosphere where the kids also learn to compete.  It is my belief that it is very important to correct kids for their mistakes, but also equally important to praise them for their sucess.  I really want to cultivate an atmosphere where the kids learn to play the game correctly, play with competitive spirit, and develop an passion and love for the game.
