Q and A With Your Director Of Coaching Leighton O'Brien
9/27/2010

    1.  The Fall season is once again here.  How are things going?

I am very happy how things went for us a club over the summer months.  We competed at very high level tournaments to prepare for the fall season.  We have some new coaches to the club and some coaches that have been here awhile and have taken on new teams.  It will be exciting to see all the action this coming fall season.  We are just a few weeks into the fall season and already have had some exceptional play on the field and some good results to match those performances.

     2.  October means the GRFC auction and golf tournament.  Where and When?

This is honestly my favorite day of the year!  We have built a great club and it is wonderful to see all the people that make it run so smoothly in one room at the same time.  If you havent attended yet i would love to see you there and if you are a regular i am looking forward to seeing you again.

      4.   Any other things that the parents should know about that are coming up?

Yes, i plan on doing a one on one individual workout with every player in the club.  It might take me awhile but the goal is by the end of the fall season i have a chance to introduce myself and get the know them all.  I will put the kids through a technical drill and work with each player for about 5 minutes.  I am really looking forward to that opportunity to meet with the kids individually.
